My name is Anais French. I am a Clinical Social Worker who is passionate about working with children, adolescents, young adults, and parents. I obtained both my Bachelor's in Psychology and Master's of Social Work from the University of Saint Joseph in West Hartford, Connecticut. My experience has included intensive in home programs, Mobile Crisis, and outpatient settings and I have worked with clients struggling with a variety of issues-anxiety, depression, trauma, family/relationship struggles, behavior concerns, and parenting issues.. 

I am trauma informed, CBT/DBT informed, as well as attachment-based family informed. I am very strengths based and humanistic as well when working with my clients. As a Latina, I am comfortable supporting and validating our individual and collective experiences as Persons of Color/Latinx.

 I strive to support my clients in as many ways as I possibly can, and pride myself on being able to really listen to what clients want. You can expect a very honest and open connection with me, as well as to be included in most aspects of treatment.
